Who we are

Murph is a project by &friends. For any question or request, write to the person in charge of protecting personal information: bonjour@jsdaigle.com.

What we collect

Only what you enter in the interest form:

• your name and email;
• your field;
• your organization and your message, if you provide them.

We also keep the language of the form, along with the date and version of your consent.

Why

To write to you about Murph and to understand which fields are interested in it. We do not sell your information.

Who has access

Only the Murph team has access. The site and form responses are hosted by Cloudflare, which may process them outside Quebec and Canada. Cloudflare also processes technical data, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site.

Cookies and analytics

We do not set cookies. We use no audience measurement tools and no advertising.

How long

We keep your information for at most 24 months after our last exchange, or until you withdraw your consent.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to us. We reply within 30 days. You can also contact Quebec's Commission d'accès à l'information.
